It was cold…
…and dark where Pit currently was. Beneath his feet, water as black as the abyss rippled silently. At his eye level, he saw ribbons of white go on and on, with occasional white flashes that illuminated the dark place Pit was in. Pit felt a reassuring weight on his forehead; a relic given to him by Palutena to protect him in her absence. It was a simple red jewel that hung off a black string
